Had a great time with my friends! We loved visiting the nearby New Forest and the beautiful beaches. The access to lift and room service made our stay easy. Perfect for a weekend getaway and the live music on certain nights added to the vibe. Just a heads up, don't expect luxury, as some amenities might be basic.
One downside was the lack of ventilation in the bathroom, making it a bit uncomfortable. The smell was quite noticeable and could use some attention.

Just a commendable fit for a quick weekend visit in Bournemouth with fantastic value for money. The staff were somewhat friendly at check-in, which was a relief after a long trip. Make sure to double-check the parking fees before arrival.

Terrible stay. I wouldn’t stay here if I were homeless.
The hotel was cold, and my room had stains on the walls and a dodgy towel rail. I got charged a £50 deposit at check-in that wasn’t mentioned before. No hot water and unhelpful staff made things worse. The atmosphere felt uninviting, with odd people loitering around. Cleanliness is sorely lacking throughout the facilities.

Friendly staff but cleanliness issues
The staff were polite and responsive during my stay, which made for a warm atmosphere. Unfortunately, the room cleanliness was quite poor, with dated furniture and unclean bathrooms. the parking fees felt excessive for the level of service provided. it was a disappointing experience that needs significant improvements.

Had a delightful time munching on some tasty artisanal bread during breakfast! The nearby Funki Griller served some killer grub, perfect for a night out. They even had Wagamama just a stroll away for slurping up some yum ramen.
The dodgy parking fee of £12 and a basic kettle with no tea or coffee left me feeling a bit short-changed. Plus, I reckon they need to clean up those dingy rooms. it felt more like camping than a hotel stay!
